Forged Sujihiki / 52100 / Curly Walnut - Carbonfiber Frontcap

Hand-forged Sujihiki made of toolsteel 52100 with approx. 63HRC.
The forged structure, or as I call it "Curly Tsuchime" has deep valleys and heights. This is supposed to improve the food release and, in my opinion, looks very cool, rustic and individual.

Dimensions:
255x42x4,4mm to approx. 0,4mm at the tip (1cm before)
1cm above the cutting edge (heel - middle - 2cm in front of the tip):
1,8 - 1,4 - 0,6mm (2cm before the tip)

The handle is made of curly Walnut with a golden-black Carbonfiber Frontcap and is about 130mm long.
