Forged Gyuto 1.2419 / Box Elder Burl - Micarta

Hand-forged Gyuto made of tungsten steel 1.2419 with approx. 63HRC.
The forged structure, or as I call it "Curly Tsuchime" has deep valleys and heights. This is supposed to improve the food release and, in my opinion, looks very cool, rustic and individual.

Dimensions:
240x60x5,4mm to approx. 0,4mm at the tip (1cm before)
1cm above the cutting edge (heel - middle - 2cm in front of the tip):
1,5 - 1,2 - 0,75mm (2cm before the tip)

The handle is made of stabilized Box Elder Burl with a black Micarta Frame and is about 125mm long
