275mm Sujihiki Vanadis 8 | Black Ebowood

A very special piece. A Sujihiki made out of Uddeholm Vanadis 8. A steel with a massive edge retention! Hardness on this steel is up to 64HRC. Which is not super high but with 8% Vanadium Content, this steel has a great wear resistance.

The Handle is made out of Black stabilized Edowwod. Which is black Hornbeam made from Novawood. A Very dark wood.
