Apex Ultra Forged Chinese Cleaver

My first ever forged Cleaver. Made out of Apex Ultra with an stabilized Ashwood handle. Heat treted to about 66-67HRC with a cryo treatment between hardening and tempering to get out all the retained austenit and for maximum toughness and hardness.
The primary bevel is slightly conex grind. The forged structure will give a good food release I think.
